Eons ago, the world was basked in light and health. Humans lived in a mutual understanding of their wild brothers the were-creatures. Yet some of the humans were not so kind as they let on to their nation. They set out to make a weapon to kill the were-beasts for they were jealous of their innate powers. They succeeded in a weapon over time, yet it had fallen into the hands of a madman who in the end had cursed the human race with his greed for the power of the were creatures. They were imbedded with the traits of spiders... silk, grace, and venom. No longer a normal human alive these arachnid humanoids were enchanting beyond belief and all hungered for a feast- finding it in the animals and beasts they enchanted with their beautiful faces and crystal voices. The other were-creatures had fallen into the spider's webs, even the wolves were no exception. However, being pack based they realized the losses before the solitary animals had and became untrusting of the beautiful hunters. They disappeared into their secret places to band together and find ways to combat the glorious foes- the strength coming from their numbers and their forgotten were-powers. No, on their own the arachnids were far greater in strength but as a unit the pack could force the spiders back into their old cities and reclaim the wild for the wolves. Now the packs must decide if they want to hold the spiders back and never venture out of their boarders, or become the spear head for a retaliation and destroy the spider nest and never deal with the monstrosities again. And that my friend is where you come in...
For it was always the fate of individuals to change the world...

For better.
Or worse.

:x: MUTATIONS OVER TIME;
Humans were jealous and prideful in their final act. They created an engineered gene splicer that changed the very fabric of their molecular structure turning them into a whole new specie. Some ascetic changes happened, Their hair changed into any color of the rainbow and then some, and their eyes matched. Their eyes grew large, lips full and vulnerable, and their faces molded to symmetrical. Most abnormalities vanished... Perfect vision, strength, speed, grace... they had it. yet along with physical abilities that were an even match for a shifted wolf they managed to get something more: In order of dominance from strongest to weakest in a dominance: Super Jump, Camouflage, Charm. That does not mean that any is stronger then the other, it just shows what is most likely going to appear in offspring between two different mutations.

|Super Jump| The ability to jump long distances with speed. almost like flying.
|Camouflage| Can hide anywhere with out detection from anything except radar hearing.
|Charm| infatuates any gender, and draws them into a lull. This can be used on any specie.

:x: THE CIRCLE OF LIFE;
This is based on 1 real life week = 1 in game season so 4 real life week = 1 in game year
Also note that since wolves "age quicker" then spiders, i've sped up the amount of time it takes for a spider to grow up trying to keep it balanced.


  • They have to be carried for a year before being born.
    They start out as newborn but age rapidly to about 4 years in one season.
  • in their next season they grow from 4 year old body to 7 or 10 year old one.
  • Its in their third season that they start to slow down in their development.
    (up to this point, only 3 weeks have passed in real time same as three seasons
  • Second year: they age to about 15
  • Third year: their bodies age to about 18
    (They are able to bear offspring if they desire to at age 18.)
  • Forth year: they age to about 20
  • Year five-nine : every year they age about 2 age years so at the ninth year they would be about 30
  • Year ten-fifteen: their bodies age slows to one year per year meaning at the end of year fifteen they will be 35
  • Year fifteen-eighteen: their bodies speeds up once more to 3 age years to every single normal year, so in year eighteen they will look and feel 44 years old
  • Year nineteen: their bodies start to age rapidly. by the end of the year they will physically be 64.
  • The last Year- year twenty: At this point the body is now making preparations to pass on. so by the time they die, their bodies will have aged twenty six more years, and their body will pass on at the end of the year when they finally reach 90 years old.
  • After 20 years that they die.


:x: THE SPIDER-GENE INFLUENCE;
When the gene-modifier was first released there was very little change... but over the years, they have changed into a new specie entirely. Their bones grew long and narrow, growing heavier with the fact that turned their bones into a solid mass. Peeking at about 7-8ft tall, it is rare to find even the smallest spider less then 6ft tall. Anything smaller is considered ugly in adult spiders.

The spiders' s fangs, are much like that of a cobra, they fold back when not in battle so that they would accidentally poison them self or others. Sometime they may end up getting stuck in their target but they will soon be replaced by other teeth that grow in behind the main fronts. they are in the position that would be considered the canine teeth on humans and they are hallow so the venom can pass threw them. Males have the longer fangs, to compensate for their lack of ability to get queen's venom.


:x: VENOM;
Spider venom is very dangerous for any creature unlucky enough to get bitten. Every spider has the ability to paralyze with one bite, and that injection will last for hours- enough time to say... take a prisoner. However they do not have an unlimited amount of venom, and after four or five injections, they would have to wait at least a day to build it back up.
The queens venom for unknown reasons is the only one concentrated enough to induce a painful and slow death. Every female has this ability, but it only come is one is fighting another queen, or has gained the crown in some underhanded manner.
Do to the venom sacks located in the back of the neck behind the cobra like fangs, females turn out to weigh more then males because of the potential to be queen.

:x: GENERAL LIFE STYLES;
Spiders live lives much like the humans. They some times hold down jobs, they raise families, and just generally live whatever life would suit them best. The Queens rule even mixes into spider pairings- two spiders may pair together, but with out the queens consent they may not "share a web" or "get married". Some queens are fairly lax about who webmates with who, but others are so controlling that they interfere. So all official pairings must be seen and recognized by the queen. she may also arrange a webmating of her subjects if she feels that it would be in the city's best interest.

For currency they have small thin gemstones that are carved to look like a webbed flower. They are fondly known as Jests. The brighter the color the more value it has.

:x: FASHION;
All spiders adore colors that are bright or flashy. This may be to the fact that their bodies- from the hair on their head, the eyes on their face and their pastel skin- all looks like its been taken straight out of a painting. Mostly they choose old victorian clothing, or the kind that would be seen in a royal court way back in the day. However that is only when they are in the city, out side they choose more practical fabrics and colors like sturdy brown cottons, or denims.

:x: SCIENTIFICALLY INCLINED;
Spiders are fanatics about altering their world. They love their synthetic gardens, and their un-natural "pets". Occasionally spider scientists will play with the genes of smaller animals and create hybrids of many different creatures. most of the time these turn out monstrous and end up being released out side of the city to go and bother the wolves.

They also have highly advanced medicine that for the most part they practice on their captives wolves. Some of their most recent and helpful achievements, are a pain nullifier and a forced shifting agent. The first being used for spiders, the second being used in questioning captives and keeping them human so they are able to communicate. Besides the fact that shifting is both painful and takes a long time the spiders are rather proud to discover this chemical they can just inject into their prey.
